No appointment or coverage guarantee

An enquiry confirmation only means the information was received. It does not confirm engineer availability, acceptance of work, attendance time, price, diagnosis or appointment.

Independent providers

If your enquiry is shared, the provider is responsible for its own assessment, quotation, competence, insurance, workmanship, terms and regulatory obligations. Review those matters before agreeing work.

Information is general

Advice pages cannot diagnose an appliance or approve an installation. Use current instructions for the exact model and obtain competent professional advice. Stop using equipment where leakage, overflow, electrical danger or unsafe conditions are suspected.
