Information we collect

The enquiry form collects your name, phone number, email address, postcode, requested service, manufacturer/model and job details. Technical logs may include time, page, browser information and network address for security and delivery auditing.

Why we use it

We use the information to review and respond to your request, prevent abuse, maintain records and, where you have consented, share relevant enquiry details with an independent service provider who may be able to help.

Sharing and automated decisions

We do not sell enquiry lists. A submitted enquiry may be passed to a relevant independent provider only for the stated request. Submitting the form does not create an appointment, and no solely automated system decides whether work will be accepted.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are stored in access-controlled systems used to operate the service. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for enquiry handling, audit, security and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

Analytics

Where analytics is enabled, only non-personal interaction events are sent. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, postcodes, model details and free-text descriptions are not included in analytics events.
